This year I have been invited to join Coach Viliam (SkyLiners) and Lada (North Park) in beautiful Pocono, PA to run the goaltender portion of their 2019 week-long summer camp. Please join me for a week of goaltender development in a traditional sleep away camp format. Goalies will really benefit from small group goalie stations focusing on Power Skating, Edge Work and Specific Save Skills, Techniques and Mechanics. They will also participate in all the camps game situation drills and scrimmages. A typical day will include Three hours of on ice instruction, two hours of off-ice instruction and one hour of Video Review. These off-ice\dry land sessions will include instruction in Yoga, stretching, mobility and agility exercises along with eye hand drills and coordination drills for goalies. When not on the ice or training off the ice the campers will enjoy the benefits of home cooked meals and nightly family style backyard cook outs. In the past the after camp activities have included visits to Kalahari Resorts Water Park, Hiking in the Thomas Darling Reserve, Go cart racing, First run movies and other local attractions all of which will round out what will surely be a week to remember for years to come!
